After reaching agreement, you will be invited to visit our factory, and provided samples, or we produce the goods according to your designs. After confirming the samples, we will complete the produce within 20 days, and send them to your warehouse safely.

4. If shoes are seized by custom, could you refund me or resend shoes to me?
Answer: That depends on the price we agree on, we have CIF price and C&F price. For C&F price, we will not refund or resend shoes to you; for CIF price, we will refund or resend shoes to you.
5. How soon can I get the shoes I ordered?
Answer: We will send the goods in 2 or 3 days upon receipt of your payment. The shipping time is 3 to 5 days. That is to say you will receive the goods in 7-10 days after you do pay.
